I bought Arthri D3 for 90 day supply and when I finished them I called 4 days later to ask for a refund and was told I had to call before I finished the pills or at the end of my 90 day trial period. This was written in the details when it was sent to me NOT before it was sent to me.
I ordered the pills on the 18th of June and the pills arrived on the 21st of June. I was supposed to call on the 18th of September NOT on the 21st of September. Therefore Customer care would not stand behind their product and they denied me the refund.
So yes I am pissed off at this company for not standing behind their product.
I hope the company CEO's die a horrible death soon. The sooner this planet gets rid of *** like this the better.
